We strive to offer the most economical shipping costs. Quoted shipping charges per item are for shipments to the contiguous 48 United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us for a freight quote. We don't ship outside the US. Items requiring a truck shipment can only be shipped within the contiguous US. Standard shipping is via UPS or FedEx Ground.
We require a street address for all orders – FedEx and UPS do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping charges will apply to those items not part of the free freight programs that require truck freight. Charges vary depending on distance and weight of shipment from point of origin and whether additional services such as a lift gate, residential delivery, inside delivery or prior notification are needed. We will notify you of additional shipping charges prior to to shipment. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions or need a shipping quote.
All orders shipped to California will be charged 9.00% sales tax.
All merchandise returns must be pre-approved by us. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of original shipment and are subject to our inspection before credit is issued. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in new condition. We do not offer returns or refunds on furniture (that has been assembled after delivery), airbrushes or projectors unless the product is defective in some way or damaged by the carrier. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all flat file, furniture and easels returns.
Damaged Shipment or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a package that contains damaged or defective merchandise, please save the box and contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance. Damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving.
